Matthew has been building for nearly 25 years, He understands construction inside out and has his LBP Carpentry, Site 1 & 2 Licenses. and can talk the language fluently.

Matt has years of experience on the tools and from time to time, if you are lucky, you might even see him in action.

With an easy going attitude, and general positive outlook on life.  Projects become easy for all party’s involved.

Natassia Pankhurst

Accounts Manager

Natassia has been working in accounts for over 15 years. She is well adverse to processing the mountain of invoices that appear each month, and ensuring all of our staff and subcontractors are paid on time. Natassia is friendly to deal with and has focus and drive to get the tasks ticked off.

Leonn Elliott

Contracts Manager

Leonn has been with Wellbuilt & Built Construction Group for 8 years working alongside the Managing Director on a daily basis. Dealing with everything from Contracts, to Health and Safety, to Tendering, to Contract Admin, to preparing ECI proposals. Leonn is well seasoned to assist with all aspects of the project. And carries a can do attitude, with a cool, calm and well mannered approach to ensure day to day tasks remain positive.

Josh Schlogl

Project Manager

Josh has been building for nearly 25 years, He understands construction to a level very rarely seen. Having started his apprenticeship at the same time as our Managing Director, working alongside Matthew at the same construction firm. The communication at Wellbuilt & Built Construction Group is seamless and is delivered at a level that is highly organised. Josh has a great attitude, and is always respectful and openly friendly and engaging to all parties he is dealing with.
